Europa Charity Fun Day.
Europa raises £12,606.71 for charity.
Europa had another successful Charity Fund raising day at the "Crofton Albion Sports Ground in Lee" the glorious weather added to an eventful day which was thoroughly enjoyed by all those that supported the event.
Many charities ( both
local and national ) benefit from the charity fund each year. These events do not happen by
themselves and take an enormous amount of organisation, so a big thank you to
those on the Charity Committee who gave their time to ensure the day ran smoothly and that all the support
services were to hand on the day.
On the day Shoreham United from Deutsche Bank won the football tournament and were presented with the " World Cup" and match winners medals by Gary Donovan; others enjoyed the face painting, caricaturist, horse riding , bouncy castle and childrens slide, not to mention the BBQ, Cake Stall and Ice Creams that were well used by everyone.
The helpers behind the stalls did a fantastic job in raising funds for the Charity - some interesting selling techniques were used to assist the public in parting with their money ; everyone worked very hard on what was an extremely hot day.
